When opening their first business Justin and his mother Bernadette felt it was important to provide a service that treasures the old fashioned values that so many establishments lack these days. " I believe that restaurants should be a part of the community and a place where people can meet, chat to each other and enjoy great conversation along with some good traditional food" said Justin.
Justin and Bernadette instantly fell in love with Inistioge and the stunning landscape and green hills that surround the village and could think of no better place to open their new eaterie.
Upon entering the bistro the simple yet stylish decoration and a large captivating open fireplace instantly give the feel that you have entered a welcoming and homely establishment.
Footlights will be open seven days a week from midday and will also be open in the evenings from Thursday to Sunday. A wide and innovative menu features fresh and locally sourced produce as well as good value prices. As well as offering a bring your own bottle service with no charge for corkage.
