Restaurant Directions: The Cherry Tree is situated on the eastern bank of the Shannon in Ballina. Turn off the N7 for Ballina/ Killaloe at Birdhill, drive through Ballina village, turn left toward the bridge and right at Mollys pub, just before the bridge. The Restaurant is located approximately 300 meters on the left hand side.

"Everything about his Cherry Tree Restaurant, at the water’s edge in pretty Killaloe, speaks of someone who has used his experience to guide him in the correct way to orchestrate a restaurant successfully.

Situated on the banks of the River Shannon, in the picturesque heritage town of Ballina/Killaloe. The Cherry Tree has established itself as one of Ireland's finest Restaurants since it opened in February 2000.

The extensive al la carte menu is complemented by a wide selection of European and New World wines.
The Cherry Tree can seat up to 60 people.

Set menus for corporate and private parties of 20 or more are available on request.

Our sample menus will give you a flavour of what the Cherry Tree has to offer.
Our menus change regularly according to the availability's of fresh and organic ingredients.

Harry returned to his hometown of Ballina/ Killaloe in the late 1990's to establish the Cherry Tree.  He set about creating a contemporary style Restaurant with waterside views.  His creation offers a wonderful setting for diners and food lovers. The Cherry Tree has been acknowledged by a number of food writers and has received numerous awards since it opened its doors in February 2000

The Cherry Tree Restaurant can seat up to 60 people.

In addition to the ‘a la carte’ menu in the evenings there is also a set dinner menu available for weekday visitors to the Cherry Tree Restaurant.  The Cherry Tree also serves Sunday Lunch.  A set three course menu is available for €29.00 and two courses for €24.00.

Set menus are also available for corporate and private parties of 20 or more on request.

This beautiful appointed Restaurant is an ideal venue for entertaining corporate clients, visitor groups, family and friends.
